Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items, including sauces, spices, hot sauces, jerky, or other food products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@smokinjonsbbq.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or destination.

$14.99 Flat rate shipping for anywhere in Canada, and free shipping on Canadian orders over $75 before tax.

The following items are non-refundable:
