Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items, including sauces, spices, hot sauces, jerky, or other food products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

$14.99 Flat rate shipping for anywhere in Canada, and free shipping on Canadian orders over $75 before tax.
