Born in a New Brunswick kitchen, built on 12 years of legendary BBQ sauce, and fuelled by a passion for bold, natural flavour — Smokin Jon's BBQ is Atlantic Canada's own small-batch sauce, spice, and jerky company.

The Founders
Behind every bottle is Jon, a Newfoundland-raised chef who spent over a decade perfecting his flavour craft — experimenting with ingredients from around the world before Smokin Jon's was ever a business. Karolina, originally from Germany and a CPA by trade, keeps the operation running with the same precision she brings to everything else.
What started in the spring of 2021 — 60 bottles made in a single day on a lobster gas cooker, ruining the dining room table in the process — quickly grew into something neither of them expected. Those bottles were spoken for before they were even finished, and the demand that followed made one thing clear: it was time to make this real.
